I was very worried about the entire thing and you put my mind at ease and attended to our needs amazingly fast. I'm normally extremely patient and don't ask for much but this to me was a health threat (not just smell) and you really leaped to help. And your installer guy was also fantastic - quick, clean and personable when sharing information. My husband is a dentist with over 3,000 patients - he will be a good reference and will be referring people to you! After all - when you are a captured hostage in a dental chair with mouth open - you rely upon the dentist to do all the chatting.
